Today was another blah day with R4W. I worked my legs/calves today and had a great workout. I tried to take R4W 2 or more hours after eating my last meal to see if that would help the effects, but needless to day it didn't change anything. Here goes my workout.

Today was an off day took R4W anyway to see how it deals with regular life tasks. Even with a full scoop I was still feeling pretty lethargic so that wasn't cool.

Today was a horrible day for some reason I just didn't feel working out. I was dragging ass all during my workout and it just made me want to leave the gym early. My numbers sucked today, but I won't let one day get me down.HALEO Lead Forum Representative

Blah Blah Blah I took R4W and blah blah blah. I'm really wondering what is the deal with R4W and the lack of effects it has on me. I read so much about this supplement and even in the write-up it claims to be the next Ultimate Orange. From what I have read about UO it was the $hit back in the day so R4W will have some big shoes to fill. I never tried UO, but I don't think R4W can meet those claims IMHO. I worked my arms today and had a good workout. I'm a naturally energetic guy so I pushed through my workout as usual.

I was super busy so I didn't have time to workout. I decided to take R4W on each of these days (full scoop) to see if I was going to have some extra energy at work. Yet again, I was feeling pretty sluggish like I never even took R4W. Yesterday was my last serving of R4W (I may have missed logging an off day when I took a serving), but I just want to say....
Thanks to Chuck Diesel for picking me to test R4W even though I am a noob. (just for my thermochat folks) Hopefully, the people that followed along enjoyed my log, but if anyone has any questions feel free to post. All that is left now is my final review of R4W 5.0.HALEO Lead Forum Representative

Final Review
Envy's Final Review of R4W 5.0
Effectiveness 2/5
I liked R4W when I first took it. I'm not too sure what happened after the initial first week of R4W, because all my energy was down and I felt pretty lethargic shortly after taking it. I didn't change anything with my diet at all, and even when I took R4W on an off day from work 2 hours after eating food I still didn't get "hit" with anything. I do believe that this formula will work for people that are sensitive to stims, but for some people that have a high tolerance to stims this may not be a good option.
Taste 3/5 (by itself) 4/5 (with OJ)
This category seems to be a hot topic so I figured I might as well list it second. R4W doesn't taste bad at all. It isn't something that you would just crave, but then it doesn't disgust me when taking it. After Seth gave me the tip to drink it with OJ taste wasn't any kind of issue. I usually just chug down my drinks anyway, so it isn't like I had enough time to notice how it tasted after the first week of trying it out. This is going to be one of those results over taste supplements for all the people that weren't aware of that fact.
Cost 3/5
The cost factor really depends on your dosing. R4W 5.0 runs $29.99 on BB.com for 20 servings. The thing is that if you are sensitive to stims and a 1/2 scoop gives you what you need then R4W can last 40 workouts. I am pretty neutral as to a rating for this category because it really depends on how it is dosed. Taking a full scoop of R4W works out to be $1.50 per serving and a 1/2 scoop works out to be $.75 per serving, so if you can get away with 1/2 scoop then more power to you.
Mixability 4.5/5
R4W doesn't have any mixing issues at all. I did notice a few things that sink to the bottom of my cup after I chug most of it, but it is very minute so it shouldn't be a factor to anyone. A spoon and a cup is all you need for R4W and I like that.
Envy's Final Thoughts
[center]I do believe that R4W is a decent pre-workout supplement that shouldn't be overlooked. The pre-workout supplement market is oversaturated with products by big named manufacturers, so the companies that do not have a mainstream name or advertise in every magazine on the planet may not get the recognition they deserve. I would place R4W in this category. After reading all the reviews on R4W I was going to buy it anyway, but I lucked out and was able to do a sponsored log. I recommend this product for anyone looking for a pre-workout supplement to enhance their supplement stack. For those who do not like caffienated supplements then this isn't for you at all. I'll give this the thumbs up!HALEO Lead Forum Representative

I wasnt getting pissed with you by calling you a smart ass. You made a comment about 5.0 not "hitting" which is fine if it doesnt hit for you. Actually it doesnt "hit" for a lot of people as in an extreme energy rush pre-workout unless u take it about 40 min. pre-workout, but they do notice it during the workout. Anyway, yeah I may do a 6.0 thread in about 3 weeks.

DGL is most likely hepatoprotective, meaning it will reduce ill effect or even improve the physical state and function of the liver, which is where the metabolism of glucose begins enzymatically. By protecting glycogen stores and their synthesis, DGL is an ergogenic aid that can help fuel both exercise/athletic performance and recovery. Some of its positive properties/benefits of DGL have been known to include acting as a stimulant, helping in memory retention, concentration and reaction time and promoting a positive mood.HALEO Lead Forum Representative

I picked up some R4W for my wife and I to try. On an empty stomach, mixed with Gatoraid 1/2 hour before workout I was loving it. My wife even commented that she wouldn't be able to do the workout of not for the R4W. She even sneaks it behind my back. We work out in the mornings and if I eat anything I drag even with R4W. But on an empty stomach, it's a nice clean feel like a kid again boost.
