Ok, so first off I would like to thank CL as I was chosen as a tester for Black HOLE over at the CL forum, and I decided to stack it with Hyperdrol and Retain. Also Ill be taking DS Vigor for antioxidant support and the AST 32x Multi.

Diet:
Well Im a skinny guy (158 lbs) so my maintenance calories arent that high, around 2500. So Ill be bulking at 3k unless I feel the need to go ahead and bump that up a little. Going for 2 grams of protein per body weight each day, while trying to get 6 meals a day. With class starting soon I dont know if thats feasible, but if I have to Ill pack some almonds or something to eat whenever I can. Also, Im really hoping Black HOLE will help me to actually eat breakfast instead of my usual not being hungry so skipping a meal thing.
Workout:
Ive attached a word document which Ill follow pretty strictly for the month. Ill udpate it daily and attach a new one to my updates.
Other supps Ill be taking:
Fish Oil - the walmart kind. Theyre cheap, so I plan to take probably 5 a day.
ON 100% Whey - Cookies and Cream
MSM
ALA - again, the walmart kind.

Ok well I just took my first dosing... of well, everything.
- 1 Hyperdrol
- 1 Retain
- 1 Vigor
- 1 Vitamin
- 3 grams fish oil
... and I took the "Initial First Dosage" of Black HOLE of only one pill this morning to assess tolerance. This was about 10 minutes ago, and Im about to go get something for my car (not driving, not sure how Ill feel yet). So maybe before long Ill start to feel some effects.

Day 1 Workout
Ok well first impressions of Black HOLE. Didnt notice a whole lot, I guess thats why the first day you see how youll react to it. Looking forward to the full dose tomorrow to see if that makes any changes.
Workout today - some reason I forgot my paper so I just pretty much did Chest and Back and Abs. Ill do what I was supposed to do today tomorrow so Ill be up to date on where Im supposed to be.

Flat Bench

- 6 sets - first 3 sets were one arm - last three both arms - weight was 100 lbs

Tomorrow Im going to do bis/tris and will be caught up for where I was supposed to be. Ill udpate later tonight with my diet for the day.
Overall the workout was good today. Vascularity is improving it seems almost daily. Seeing as how I was on JW until I started this Im sure I dont need a

Day 1 diet
Ok well heres my diet for the day... Im not done yet but this is the way itll play out.
9 AM
- bowl of cereal, 3 grams fish oils, first dose of Hyperdrol/Retain/Vigor/Vitamin... and the initial testing of Black Hole.
11 AM
- MetRX protein bar - 20 grams of protein
Noon
- Grilled Chicken sandwich, side salad, and potato wedges... 2nd dose of Hyperdrol/Retain
2 PM
- went to the gym (drank a good 2 lbs of water, whatever that equates to in liquid measurements?)
3 PM
- a little after 3 finished the workout and 10 minutes later had a Whey shake with honey (around 35 grams of protein)
5 PM
- another protein shake same as above
6:30 PM
- Supper - turkey, ham and cheese sub on wheat, 3rd dose of Hyperdrol/Retain, 2nd dose of Vigor/Vitamin
8 PM
- another shake with honey
11 PM
- last shake of the day no honey this time

Post.................... 158.5 - the heat was horrible today, so much sweating.
Biceps
Alternating Dumbell Curls 3 sets of 14 - 30 lbs
Regular EZ Bar Curls 3 sets of 10 - 100 lbs

Day 2 Diet
Ok heres the diet for the day.
9 AM - 1st dose of Hyperdrol/Retain/Vigor/Vitamin... 3 grams fish oil. 30 gram protein shake with honey.
Noon - 12 inch chicken and cheese sub - good stuff I must say. 2nd dose of Hyperdrol/Retain
2 PM - had just finished my workout so I took the usual post workout shake. Whey and honey.
4 PM - was on the road so I did what I could. I ate two of those 50 cent bags of peanuts. 22 grams of protein.
6 PM - full dose of black hole
7 PM - 3rd dose of Hyperdrol/Retain.... 2nd dose of Vigor/Vitamin... Dinner consisted of a good country cooked meal. Country ham, biscuits, eggs.
9 PM - currenty drinking another protein drink
11 PM - right before bed Ill take another protein drink.
Id love for someone to critique my diet. Ill admit its a weaker point to my regimine.
Ok so the black hole seemed to have worked today. I ate more than my usual servings at dinner.
Other notes:

2 PM - had just finished working out so I had the usual post workout shake, but this time with syrup like above.
5 PM - a few handfuls of peanuts, about enough to equal a cup.
6:15 - took BH
7 PM - Steak, steak fries, salad, texas toast... and a little flounder.

Right now Im not sure. What I can say though is that Im getting better pumps/vascularity with Hyperdrol, but pumps and vascularity dont lead to gains so we'll have to see how that goes.

Other: Ok, so Ive been on BH 4 days now. From what I can tell it works more by making you be able to eat more food at once before you feel full, instead of making you feel hungry which is what I expected. This is what Ive found from taking it before dinner. Hyperdrol and Retain are doing wonders for my endurance, vascularity, pumps, focus... about everything in the gym. Just to let everyone know... Im going to Gatlinburg, TN tomorrow morning. Im pretty sure the resort Im staying at will have the internet, so Ill update with anything if it needs be. Ill be gone for 1 night, maybe 2.

Another off day - I feel bored on days like today.
Alright well diet for the day since its the only thing to post.
7 AM - breakfast at Shoneys - 2 panckes, bacon, country ham, biscuits and grazy, OJ.
9 AM - had some leftover hamburger from the night before.
Noon - subway - Bourbon Chicken 12 inch on white
1-3 took a 2 hour nap in the car on the way home
4 PM - arrived home had a protein shake
5:15 - took BH
6 PM - Teriyaki Steak and Rice - BH took effect here, I could have ate all day again.
8 PM - protein shake
11 PM - protein shake
Other notes:
