    dude u can eat junk food weneva the fuk u want as long as ur eatin good food as well n not subsituting ur normal every day dietary needs with junk food if u eat good **** mixed with junk **** then ull gain........this worked for me tho might not be the same for everyone

    If you want to gain muscle instead of fat then I suggest not eating junk food. What do you think is going to build muscle better? A chicken breast and a bowl of oatmeal, or a piece of pizza an a bag of chips?

    Exactly. Junk food won't kill you, or kill your gains, but it obviously shouldn't be a huge part of your diet. As long as you are getting enough protien and other nutrients, a little junk food here and there won't hurt ya.

    im ecto ive eaten tons ov junk jus to gain ill tell u it was the worst thing ive done for a long time,i felt like sh*t all week an my skin was greasy as f*k ah ye i couldnt sleep well either but hey its upto you jus eat alot an get a good weight gainer if u cant make up the caleries (sorry bad spelling)

    mmm yeah I try to avoid candy... actually i hate candy , its just not tempting anymore lol.

    I eat stuff that are somwhat healthy...like pizza for example ! And chicken burgers, fish burgers =D

    whatever fits your diet man, aslong as it doesn't replace decent calories, protein, healthy carbs and fats, doesn't contain too much sugar .......


    if you have basic knowledge of food you should be able to know if and when to take it.

    the only reason ur not gaining is because of all the junk your eating. they are all empty calories. up your protein 1.5-2 g's a day and up your cals to about 4-7000. if you dont gain weight like that and with proper lifting then there will probably be something wrong with you but i think its all about your diet.
