Blue type every session
Doing great with the pull-ups @ BW+40kg for 4 reps and all with a BW of 103kg ... must be close to pulling-up a combined total of 150kg for a single. Puts my PR pull up at BW+32kg for a grand total of 97kg in perspective

Damn strong as ever! Makes me jelly, i've had my medical issues... skeletal problems suck. I remember back in the day when we were similar stats. Hope my final surgery goes well, in boston on the 10th to see another surgeon.. Just droppin in to say hi, not sure you remember me, but i'm glad you're still with it, and to wish you the best.
My only lift i might have you beat in is chin ups/pullups. I do 90lbs x 6 reps, or 12 reps with 45 lbs. Although if you factor in bodyweight you'd have my total beat, im only 175lb.
The rest you've blown past significantly! That's what consistency does for you! :PGF found my misc crew

Looking through this journal is like a time capsule to the past. At 31 Im no longer young and on the grand scale of things i am not strong but while many things in my life have changed lifting has not. Looking back over the past 14 years i am both depressed at nit taking my time when i was younger to progress more gradually and proud of myself considerong the amount i have sacrificed to chase my passion.

I wpuld like to get stronger on squats and deadlifts the most but lower back injuries have made progress nearly non exsistent or inconsistent at best. I recemtly weighed in at 275lbs which concluded a long and unsuccessful bulk that lead to far too much fat gains. Update
Looking back on this journal is somewhat bitter sweet. Its been almost exactly 16 years since ive started it anns im 32 now which means ive been lifting for over half my life.
I made a lot of mistakes throughout my years of lifting on here and into my 30s i started paying the price with chronic i juries including 3 bulging discs in my lower back almost all of this was due to a too higher workload with high intensity when i was younger. I followed my share of programs and did my share of resets so i dont if i wouldve ever got real elite numbers strength and size wise but i should wouldve avoided a lot of complications.
I still train religiously but i try and be smarter with it having spent the last year rehabbing my lower back. Ive lost 20kgs recently putting me at ultrasound test 15%bf at 230lbs (104.5kgs). I lost a notable amount of strength dropping the 20kgs which makes me think im kind of on a bulking/cutting merry go round so see zero reason to ever get above 242lbs ever again.
I hit a couple of PRs last when i was at a fat 275lbs:

3x180lbs (82.5kgs) shallow ROM

Im not clise these numbers at the moment but i will get them back up now that im maintaining around 231-235lbs. Not sure my goals for my 30s now bit i sometimes think my prime lifting days are behind but i try not to think like that. Hey i appreciate that, if you were to look back i hit 420lbsx3 in 2008 on deadlifts and was offered a weightlifting sponsorship shortly after. Sometimes i think i should of taken it knowing the course i was heading on so its nice to hear still.
