    How do u put mass on the collar bone area??

    take a look at all the bodybuilders..u cannot see their collar bones..how do u achieve mass on that area to make the collar bone disappear...is it front raises? incline presses, upright rows, a lot of food?? please help thank u

    yeah ur pretty well right mate. It is done by working shoulder, upper chest and traps. Also by eating because u need calories to grow. So just do the exercises that work these specific areas

    Super Incline Presses. Presses that don't push just up, but outwards.

    I'm not sure if Front Raises would effect this, I doubt they would.
