    Just getting started...

I'm really wanting to start training towards doing some figure competing, but I have no idea where to start. I've heard of the NPC and other names for competitions. I'm just ignorant to the whole process. Can someone kind of help me out with where to start????

The best advice on where to start is to begin training and eating PROPERLY so you can build your physique.

Then once you feel your size is where it should be, you can worry about organization. For females, if your picking between bikini, physique, figure, or bodybuilding it really comes down to your genetic shape and level of body fat (which you can worry about during prep.)
