How much does your gym membership cost?

I'm just curious what all of you pay for your gym memberships. After all, we are teens and money isn't exactly in abundance for most of us.

ummm....I dont pay. I compete so the gym lets me use the facilities for free and I have a sponsor which buys supplements for me. I guess I have it good.

Gyms are kind of expensive, the average is around 40-60$ a month some gyms have a yearly membership discount, such as mine is $150 for a year-round membership. I's suggest getting a job(i got a summer job), doing work for someone such as your neighbor or parents, use your allowance, or lastly just ask you parents to cough up the money.

Has everything anyone would ever need. Unless you want a fancy machine then my gym isn't for that type of guy. Lots of freeweights, benches, power racks, and the basic cable machines(lat pulldown, seated row, pulldowns etc) along with some hammer strength machines.

Yeah, the 40-60 a month is a typical deal around my area. (Los Angeles, CA) But wow, 150 a year is excellent, whats the name of your gym?

Also was just stating the closest gym to my community, I just got to go to my football teams weight room, open all-year round for free for players

$37.98 per month for me. It's not a big gym, but I wouldn't trade it for any other, I love that place.......

45$ per month and it sucks!!! no legpress...just 3 benches....top weight in the dumbbels is 100lbs....it sucks!!....but that the best place that I can get in this town...
while just a 5 minute car ride from here you can get in that smae price a gym with every thing and alot of it with a swiming pool,sauna's,Jacuzzi's..and more...

I think it varies. My Y has a huge cardio/machine room with a lot of ellipticals, treadmills, bikes, stair climbers, rowers, etc. The weight room is a bit smaller, but has everything I need- dumbells, benches, racks, belts..etc. I don't care about lifting in luxury. If you give me weights, I'll lift them anywhere.

I go to two, the first one is $25 and the second is $35. And everytime I see my trainer its $50 per visit.

Yeah, there is a huge range of prices, and some of them are expensive as hell.
