    you need a barbell and plates for deadlifts.

    Platforms are optional. I use 2 yoga mats because my gym doesn't have platforms and they complain about the noise from deadlifting.

    Congrats man good job. This really inspired me to start the Rippetoe workout. Seeing a 60+ lb Bench Increase and a 90+ lb Squat Increase is great. Especially in the span of only 8 weeks. Great job.

    I have a noob question, but I keep finding mixed results. Is accessory work done M-W-F after each exercise or do you just do it Fridays?
