I have a good gym, I have everything i need. But lets just say that They dont have deadlifts. Is there a good alternative(s) to this that targets the same muscles or different excersises that isolate the same muscles?
you need a barbell and plates for deadlifts.
Platforms are optional. I use 2 yoga mats because my gym doesn't have platforms and they complain about the noise from deadlifting.
Congrats man good job. This really inspired me to start the Rippetoe workout. Seeing a 60+ lb Bench Increase and a 90+ lb Squat Increase is great. Especially in the span of only 8 weeks. Great job.
