    X-reps for fat loss

    Hi, i was wondering if using x-reps will help me increase fat loss during a fat loss program or whether i should just use them when i bulk.

    Reps have nothing to do with fat loss , keep training heavy to mantain mass and drop your caloric intake slowly to lose the fat .
