Alright well I have been trying to eat good while Im back home from College and I think I have made some progress from April. Here are some before and afters. I started at 235 and currently I am at 165lbs. Tell me what ya think!

Yeh I kind of dont understand but I think that I should look a little bit leaner at 165 but I havent been on the cleanest diet lately so Im sure that has something to do with it.

See I have no friends that really are into lifting that can tell me some personal experience. But I dont know if I am making slow progress for lifting for 10 months. Whatcha think?

Well I would agree with that a few months ago but currently I am stronger than I have ever been... I guess that makes me think I have gained muscle in the past few months
