flour, sugar, white bread, chips and fatty ice cream..
But sometimes I'm eating low fat ice cream like a small cheat!

Uh... Milk is good, seriously. White rice is bad, it's bleached up and nutrients taken from. Brown rice is great. White bread is bad because that's also bleached wheat and has barely any good nutrients. Whole wheat bread is better.
Stay away from fast foods, if you do eat it... stick to chicken nuggets/salad/chicken sandwhich.
Eat tuna, peanuts, whole wheat bread, milk, vegetables, fruits, steak, chicken, turkey, brown rice etc... stay away from greasy foods or fried foods.

Milk is good, if you don't mind the gigantic insulin response it creates. Milk is very very high on the insulin index.
And, for people trying to lose fat, controlling your insulin is priority number one.
You can get the micro nutrients from milk elsewhere, and in terms of calories, you may as well be drinking pepsi.
Is milk as bad as pepsi? No. But if you're trying to lose fat, and you drink milk throughout the day, you're definitely working against yourself and you don't even realize it. I sure didn't all those years."You can't change the past, but you can change the future."

It's still not 'low' gi, and here's a little secret I'm going to tell you that not many people know about....
They put more ingredients in bread... than just.... flour!
Yes, that is correct, anything that contains flour usually contains a host of other ingredients.... which usually contain things like MOLASSES especially in brown breads.
Whole grain flour is STILL PROCESSED and man made. Flour is a man made creation from milling. It does not exist in nature per'se.
Also, truely healthy breads (they DO exist) taste like crap.I've gained and lost over 100lbs more times than any man alive should. Do as I say and not as I do.

1) skim milk is not very bad for you, for example, if you eat oats with skim milk is perfect (no fat).
2) White rice : basmati rice is "white rice" but with a low GI.
3) Bread : white bread is bad ok, but some kind of breads are good because they contain "good" carbs (low GI) and very low fat.
3) After a workout YOU NEED simple sugars !!
