I have been working out now for a solid 6 months, but I have began to hit a wall. I have read many of the "Best Workout Rountines" but I don't know which one to follow. I am currently 6'1" and weigh 177 lbs, up from 160 in Jan. I think my ideal weight is somewhere between 175 and 185.
I don't know which routine to follow and any help is appreciated.
Also I need to set up a stricter diet. I don't like eating fish, except for tuna, which for some reason I love. I currently have a supply of whey and casein protein, creatine, and glutamine as well.
