    Joint Repair

I'm trying to decided between two joint products Dymatize Nutrition Joint Repair and TKE JOINT BOOST. Dymatize Nutrition has:
    Glucosamine Sulfate: 1000mg
    Chondroitin Sulfate: 800mg
    MSM (methylsulfonylmethane): 800mg
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/dym/joint.html

    TKE JOINT BOOST has:
    Glucosamine Sulfate: 1500mg
    Purified Shark Cartilage: 1200mg
    (Naturally containing chondroitin sulfate)
    MSM (Methyl-sulfonyl-methane): 450mg
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/tke/joint.html

They both seem to have the same things. Which one seems better?

    Shark cartilage??? I dunno....

I would think that Glucosamine Sulfate and MSM would be the primary ingredients to look at, not that Im an expert or anything but thats what my grandmother takes for her arthritis.

If you have a chain drug store near you (Walgreen's, Brooks, CVS, etc.), wait until vitamins go on sale. They usually have sales every few weeks where they'll sell their house brands for 50% off or BOGO. When this happens, stock up on MSM and glucosamine. Both are extremely expensive otherwise.
