Here are some pics of my shoulder and triceps workout last week! Actual weight 316 lb at the end of the off-season. Today I started diet for the NOC in September. My aim is to be ripped on stage with 280 lb.

I'm 6.1
I'm watching the whole year what I eat. It's all time very clean food, like chicken, rice, nudels, a lot of low-fat milk, low fat curd cheese, a lot of oatmeal every day, bananas, eggwhites and a lot of supplements like protein powder, amino acids, bcaa's, creatine x6, glutamine and NO-Tablets.
I eat every day nearly 6500 kcal, 40% protein, 40% carbohydrates and 20% fat. During diet I change to low carb nutrition with 60% protein, 25% carbohydrates and 20% fat.
