I chose chicken leg because it is so cheap (pricewise) to purchase, and so is tuna.
Plus, chicken leg is good for protein (didnt know that until i checked the stats), more fat but IT TASTES GREAT!
You can take 2 at once.... 40g protein
Need yr advice, good idea, bad idea?

i donno why....without any scientific reason....i always tend to prefer chicken or red meat over tuna. i donno why....so yes my choice would be chicken. n on the other hands tuna's taste is horrible (eventhough now i've got used to it) .. so yes i would prefer chicken
I want tuna-less diet if possible.

yes to chicken leg (grilled only)
i buy all my chicken at the start of my week and grill (lightly seasoned)it all up at onetime
then bag and freeze the rest for easy access for later - its clean and holds no odor - and can be easily eaten straight up with now extra cals added (mayo, katchup. etc.)
no to tuna
to much tuna will make your **** smell like bad P***Y- makes for in embarrassing situation when visiting friend and family it hold odor (meaning it will make your kitchen and bowls smell) got to take that trash out right away - and pray and hope none of the oils or juice gets on you or your clothes - plus with tuna you a more tempted to add extra cal (mayo, katchup. etc.) which would likely make the tuna made with mayo waaay worse then the chicken lightly seasoned and grilled
If you train just for looks you won't stick to it anyway, so there's no sense our giving you any advice at all.
