Exclamation chicken leg vs tuna fish

    chicken leg vs tuna

    USDA Nutrient Database Nutrition Information:

    leg, meat only, raw (100g)
    Energy ..............120
    Protein ..............g 20.13
    Total lipid (fat).... g 3.81
    Carbohydrate .... g 0

tuna, light, canned in water, drained solids (100g)
    Energy ................ 116
    Protein ............... g 25.51
    Total lipid (fat)..... g 0.82
    Carbohydrate ..... g 0.00

I chose chicken leg because it is so cheap (pricewise) to purchase, and so is tuna.
Plus, chicken leg is good for protein (didnt know that until i checked the stats), more fat but IT TASTES GREAT!
You can take 2 at once.... 40g protein

Need yr advice, good idea, bad idea?

i do have tuna in my diet buddy...i am on a cut up diet n so yeah tuna is the best lean source of protein i guess.
add a lil fat free mayo, or a few drops of ketchup in it n thats it.

yes to chicken leg (grilled only)
i buy all my chicken at the start of my week and grill (lightly seasoned)it all up at onetime
then bag and freeze the rest for easy access for later - its clean and holds no odor - and can be easily eaten straight up with now extra cals added (mayo, katchup. etc.)

    no to tuna
to much tuna will make your **** smell like bad P***Y- makes for in embarrassing situation when visiting friend and family it hold odor (meaning it will make your kitchen and bowls smell) got to take that trash out right away - and pray and hope none of the oils or juice gets on you or your clothes - plus with tuna you a more tempted to add extra cal (mayo, katchup. etc.) which would likely make the tuna made with mayo waaay worse then the chicken lightly seasoned and grilled

It's pretty simple- if you don't like tuna, don't it eat. There are plenty of other ways to get to your macronutrient marks without having to eat food you absolutely hate

If you ever get the chance to fish for it, do it, and sell the tuna fillets to friends. There is no workout like a fighting tuna 100 miles offshore.
