A friend of mine recently strained a few ligaments because his bicep/delts/traps were too over-developed for the size and strength of his rotator cuff.
He won't be able to train most of his body for a long time, so this is obviously a concern of mine. I always thought that the rot. cuff was being trained when you trained the shoulder, yet my friend worked his shoulders a lot and still got this injury.
Do you guys do specific excercises for your rotator cuffs? Or do you feel that my friend's case is very unique, and that most people workout their r. cuffs?
