Its going good but its getting SOOOOO demanding, so much squatting.. Anyways, I deadlifted along with it but I am just getting destroyed in the lower back now, if I hold off deads completely and finish the program, my dead will still even go up thanks to the squats improvement, no?
I mean today it feels like I got hit by a truck and then run over with a tank and then kicked a few times. Ok, maybe not that bad, but close anywyas, and you get the point.

curious so would you guys do this squat routine and nothing else then next do a bench routine then a deadlift routine..
also correct me if im wrong but with this routine u use ur max to find out what the correct % is for each day.does this mean u use the same numbers for the entire 8-10 weeks or every week u add weight.Last edited by J_K; 06-23-2006 at 12:17 PM.
