i was wondering what motivation drives you through reps ? , what are ur thoughts to motivate you to try and really get those last reps ?????

I listen to Beetohven and "Nothing Else Matters" while i work out. Man that gets me pumped!

Well for me, sports, wrestling in particular losing in the state semifinals and being forced to forfeit the rest with a bad knee. I use it to motivate myself to get to the finals next year

for last reps (also for eating) i struggle to get the last few bites/reps in through thinking one thing... when u look at a picture in ur head or wherever of what u want to look like, i think if i dont do this (the last rep/finish the meal) i wont look like that
maybe kinda strange but thats what drives me
also watching a workout vid of somebody id like to be like gets me in the mood for the gym
