    Veins and Nitric Oxide

I'm not a hardcore trainer but I would like the veins in my arms to show a bit more. Nothing radical or excessive. I've heard that Nitric Oxide will help that. What do you suggest for females? And is there any negative effects with Nitric Oxide on females? Thanks.

No side effects I can think of except all the possitive the search can provide u.

Common sense tells me though not to take it 3 days before and after period, (even thoguh this wont be fatal) then again im no doc just guessing

search a lil or wait for answers, im kinda interestred in this question to even though im a guy

aslo like to add that taking a supp just for veins to show i dont think is correct thinking, try losing bf and training tone etc (or become hardcore!)

Thanks. That does help. I'm going to do my best on the bf and toning, but I have pretty much no will-power. Good intentions, but that's about it. I live in Louisiana (excellent food) and I'm a state worker (sit on my butt all day). But I'll try. I weigh about 115-120 so i don't really have a long way to go. It's just figuring out the right plan for me. Like protein...when is the optimum time to drink a shake? What about carbs? Supplements? It's all so confusing and makes me tired just thinking about it! But I'm always open to suggestions.

the optimum time to drink a shake is any time you need a snack! the most important time is before and after workout (with carbs)

a diet rule of the thumb i personally suggest is lowering carbs, upping protein and keeping fat at medium, cut sweets, coke, alchohol etc dring 2-3 litres of water a day and ame for 5 - 6 meals a day,(small meals if your a girl)

if u can get the above going (add a multi too by the way for other health benefits) then u can look into the comfusing stuff!!!! lets see u do the above a month or so then we can make modifications (if need be)

get into the routine, get some will power and we talk again
