    No cycling required for SizeOn?

I used to take BSN CellMass, which recommended a 3 month on, 1 month off creatine cycle, but SizeOn gives no cycling recommendations. So is it wise to keep using SizeOn indefinitely, or cycle it anyway?

There won't be any harm in using it continuously, but some people like to cycle off creatine once or twice per year. It's really up to you.

You don't HAVE to cycle creatine. Personally I like to do 6 months off, 1 month off so I'm not just pounding my body with supplements all the time. Helps eliminate the water weight too.
    Current Stack:
    MusclePharm Combat Protein
    MusclePharm Fish Oil
    CL Orange Triad
    Met-Rx Creatine
    RSP Quadra Lean

Daily Fantasy Sports for Cash Prizes. I challenge my referrals: www.fanduel.com/?invitedby=psjolund1&cnl=da

You dont have to cycle it and the opinions you will see are mostly people's own preferences.

I do 2 SizeOn jugs of just intra workout only, then I cycle off. That lasts about 3 months.
