Question
Kid, you just need to keep at it and do what you probably have read many times on this forum.
EAT + LIFT HEAVY + EAT + EAT + SLEEP + LIFT HEAVY, etc.
See what happens in a year or two. As your body develops, you should be able to gain mass since you have a fairly big frame already.
What are your goals?Height: 6'1"
Weight: 200 lbs
