Kid, you just need to keep at it and do what you probably have read many times on this forum.
EAT + LIFT HEAVY + EAT + EAT + SLEEP + LIFT HEAVY, etc.
See what happens in a year or two. As your body develops, you should be able to gain mass since you have a fairly big frame already.

eat plenty of food, and hitting your visual goals should come more easily to you being that you have no fat to lose, only muscle to gain.

not bad for 16, i know your probably getting sick of hearing this, eat eat eat. But really man, you're looking alright. Just keep eating and lifting hard and the results will come soon enough.

i ususally have a chocolate whey after my workout, i think im going to buy a protein that is supposed to be drank at night

yea man ive been trying to gain weight, at the begining of freshman year i was about 140 and now im at 160 give or take. I'm trying just to eat clean food but here and there ill have some fast food. Also, i drink tons of water.Originally Posted by Diesel13
