    How long is your cutting cycle?

    I have currently 2 month of bulking ahead. I am a little bit confused about my cutting cycle.How long should it be . I'll be 15 % bodyfat and i'll weigh 220 lb. I Want to reach 5-6 % bf.
    What do u recommend and what do u consider an effective fat burner to use ?

    Man, 5-6% is very low. Unless you are competing that's fine, but 8-10% is lean enough for the enthousiast. It can take two or three months to get there. Implement a fatburner in the second month in your diet. An ECA-stack works fine. Alternate between an ECA and a NYC-stack. Both work great. And do your cardio man !

    Thank's man but why do u recommend a fat burner in the second month .i don't compete so maybe 8 % will be enough.

    The fatburners will do their work more efficiently because the body is already used to burn fat.

    I can normally accomplish my cutting cycle in about 10-12 weeks. I normally go from about 10% BF down to the 5-6% range, with the idea of competition. But he is right, 8-10% is a great goal.

    My cutting cycle consists of two weeks on two weeks off. I use clen for two weeks then ECA for two weeks....repeat once....then stay natural (nothing but vitamins) for a month then go right into bulking. HG
