Yes, I have - but you would have to be damn careful - you could really hurt yourself if you don't pay real close attention to what you are doing - you'd want to be very careful here - probably you should use something that would not cut you inside - use something smooth-edged not sharp, and something that will not break off inside. Using this method - a coat hanger - there are sharp edges - they can cut, damage - not to mention steel that may cause infection.
