Roelly needs more mass, more legs, learn how to peak, work on posing, and do something about his midsection in front shots... so he needs to do quite a bit. Granted that is comparing him to the best BBer in the world.

She's actually a pretty good trainer in regards to the actual training from what i've seen in the videos. The claims are obviously bullsh*t though.

i can train my legs till i puke/faint and they're rarely soar afterwards...

with sibil they were soar for 4 days... ye the workouts are quite effective, the variety of techniques/exercises she uses don't miss the mark

At least lets see how the rest of the year pans out. We've always got the 2012 Sheru Classic no matter what. This is where Roelly's inner legs will show more as a huge weakness.
