    The only way to get a bigger upper chest, is to get a bigger chest overall.

    To get a wider back do pullups, or bent over rows. These hit your lats extremely well.

    i remember watching a jay cutler video and someone saying for a wider back you have to row, row, row your boat. i found it funny at the time but lo and behold those words are the truth. rows will give you a wide back so dont neglect them. t-bar rows, barbell rows, db rows, cable rows, all types of rows and also pulldowns, wide and close. and use free weights as much as possible ok.
