Can No Longer Resist the Heavy!

I don't really get over here anymore but I thought I would post this video from today.
I ended up placing 1st in my class which was the 220, open, raw, full power. It was also my first "full Power" meet.
I hurt my quad last winter on my 3rd rep of 500 in the gym so I went REAL easy on the squatting as you can see.
The main goal of this meet was to hit the 375 bench.

So, I've been on another forum for a bit and logging there but traffic is pretty slow.
I thought maybe there would be a bit more here and wouldn't mind some interaction.
Rather than start a new thread for nothing I figure I'd pull up one of my old ones as I enjoy looking back anyway.

Are there a few people in here on a regular basis?
If so I would start putting up some posts.
