I'm going to have to try Animal Flex!!!!
From what you guys are saying I guess I'm going to have to try animal flex then. I have had wrist pain off and on for years along with problems with my shoulders. I just ordered Animal Stak 2 and Animal M Stak so I can stack them together. Can I just add Flex in there with them???

Mmmmmm.....steak!!! Sounds delicious!
I understand people wants immediate results, but for the few of us that understand that this is a lifestyle with no shortcuts, we'll continue to rock Animal Pak and Animal Flex - core supplements that are the base of my supplement stack. The guy standing on top of the mountain did not fall there.

I hear this all the time... Where lifters who are taking Flex are recommending it to their uncles, grandparents, parents, etc. As the potency is higher (as it's specifically geared for serious lifters), non-lifters would actually probably benefit more quickly. And unlike other joint supplements you have to take 3x a day, with Flex, it's just 1x. Last month, Animal Flex was the #41 best selling products of the thousands and thousands of products sold here at BB.com. I'm guessing not all of it is going to the bodybuilders and powerlifters...

Animal Flex is probably one of the best overall joint formulations on the market.
Orange Triad is a great Multi with the addition of a joint complex.
Prolab also do a good cheap Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM formula.
Any of these with the addition of a Cissus product such as SuperCissus Rx, PrimaForce Cissus or Osteobolin-C will work wanders for joint aid.Believe to Achieve

After checking out the Animal Flex, it definitely has alot going for it. One thing I wish they would have added to it though is SAM-e (S-adenosyl-methionine), as it has shown to be quite good for your joints also. Dispite not having that, I have to admit it's one of the better joint supps I've seen.
