MSM. Look around online, you can buy it in bulk, its really cheap that way. a couple spoon fulls per day will fix all your joint pains. works wonders for me. The way i discovered this is through my dad, he is 60, and began to develop arthiritis in his hands that bothered him a lot. He stumbled upon msm and began taking large doses of it, and bam, no more aching hands.

Hey all,
I have a question for Cissus users (or ANYONE who has separated their shoulder!):
Has/did Cissus help your shoulder separation (AC joint), or other LIGAMENTOUS injuries?
Or, for those who have separated their shoulder, what treatment are you confident helped you heal?
I have experience with cissus, I feel it has greatly improved my hip injury, but I'm unsure of how it will help my shoulder...ligaments are a different story, ya know? I plan on continuing my supplementation w/cissus, as well as MSM and as always, lots of Vit.C... I may throw in a G&C product as well, and will up my dosage of fish oil (though I already get lots of omega-3s in my diet). Any other advice? My bulk was cut short due to this injury and I'd like to compete next summer... I need my shoulder back as soon as possible!
Thanks!2007 INBF Long Island Experience:

The only thing that helped me out was two cortisone shots 6 months a part and all kind of exercises specifically to strengthen the tenders and muscle holding the should inplace..
I seperated my shoulder, but not enough to cause a tear in the surrounding AC muscles, but it was enough to inflame the bersa and cause a shoulder inpingmentFat Man Typing

RELEVE is the best by far!
RELEVE by MHP @ www.maxperformance.com is the best in my book. I been doing BJJ for 6yrs and joint pain is common. Puls it helps reduce inflamation. I've taken others but this is fast acting and last longer. One pill per week or less helps me.
