12 years infantry here and knees slowly deteriorating.

Have had patella tendonitis in the left knee for years which got worse and worse. Could feel in the last two years my right knee starting and think it may just be falling in line with the left.

Calcific tendonitis in right shoulder which is worse than my knee problems.

Started taking Cissus Quandrangularis the last week and a half now and my knees have felt incredible. Squats were hard to go on and at 60kg there was no avoiding the pain. However this time not an issue, will slowly increase weight each week just to throw caution to the wind but early days taking it it feels great being able to do squats and even just walk upstairs without my knee causing any issues.

Placebo affect maybe but I'm skeptical when it comes to supplements so hoping this keeps up.

No change to my shoulder though. Doesn't concern me much as I can modify around the shoulder. For the knees though there isn't really much I could do except stay light.

3 Grams a day of cissus (brand I first used was Muscle Feast), only tried 2 but it's the best qualiy wise I had. t Some people complain about the flavor of the extract if it's not in capsule form. I, having issues with pills (smaller gelcaps ok but regular pills I cant do), dont have a huge issue with them personally, they arent super bitter and actually have a dry - dirt, kind of aftertaste its not so bad. It definitely works for joint pain after my wrist injury (both were bad) a few yrs ago.

I take Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength, and Move Free Joint Health. They have MSM, and Chondroitin in there too. 2 a day is the dose and I switch back and forth from both the Osteo and Move Free. Both are Fantastic
