It is wonderful ain't it, being able to go hard in the gym?
Solid.
Nice.
Case study? Serious? One thing I never understood... Why, when ya got a great thing, people change things up. Glad you're back to what works.
Flex is a staple for me as well, along with Pak and Omega.
No doubt.
We hear this a lot... As you said, for "extreme" joint issues, Flex is tough to beat. After all, Flex was designed for the serious lifter and elite bodybuilder, not the weekend warrior. It's a specialty and specialized supp for joints and only joints. Maintenance? That's one thing. For addressing serious issue? Well, that's quite another.
In addition to the the awards Animal Flex has won for "Joint Supplement of the Year" here at BB.com every single year the award was presented (four years running), Flex also won as RX Muscle's "Best Joint Supplemement of the Year" as well. It's clear consumers are speaking out everywhere...New & Improved Universal Rep, For Universal

I've gone out and bought some flaxseed oil and glucosamine and as they both do different jobs they are fine to use together. I do though also have loads of cod liver oil tablets floating round, is it worth me doing them aswell? or is it possible that it maybe bad for me to take so much suppliments for my joints?

Just got my first order of Animal Flex based on a lot of the feedback from this thread. I just took my first pack so it's a bit to soon to discuss results, but I'll report back in a few weeks and see if I notice any difference. My expectations are high!

I just had my 4th surgery on my left knee back in September and my surgeon told me not to do any squating motion heavier than body weight until I can do so with no pain in the knee. Unfortunately that means no deads or leg press either cuz I feel it in the knee as well when I start getting using enough weight to feel it in my legs. He had recommended that I use CosaminDS but I haven't noticed any difference in my knee with it. I've been reading through these forums the last couple days and it seems in this one OT and Animal Flex are the most popular joint supporters. I just got a bottle of ON multi with my order of 100%Whey and Casein so I don't need the multi at this time so I just ordered some Animal Flex. I'm really looking forward to seeing what kind of results I'll see and hopefully be able to start doing legs with some weight again. When that and the multi run out I'll be giving OT a try since I really like the other CL products I have and I'll be needing both joint support and a multi anyway at that time. Once I've used both I'll hopefully be able to decide which worked best for me. Money isn't an issue for me so cost per serving, yada yada yada isn't part of the equation, just plain results. It sounds, though that either product is a win win situation compared to others I've tried.

^^^...helped my shoulder in a matter of days (srs). I couldn't believe it. Couldn't sleep because my shoulder would wake me up constantly, doctor wouldn't tell me anything except that I need to stop lifting heavy and take 800mg Ibuprofen, thought this is how I was set to live.
Within a week, I was sleeping through the night! My shoulder felt better that much quicker! I was speechless, and honestly wouldn't have believed it if someone told me it would work that well."I think computer viruses should count as life...I think it says something about human nature that the only form of life we have created so far is purely destructive. I was going to try Super Cissus RX until people calimed it has steroids in it...which in turn is not really healing the joint....just providing good pain relief....like a cortison shot or something.
I took a bunch of Bioflex supps....Biocell + and my tendonitus appears gone. I also take it much easier in the gym though and really try to be aware of what exactly my body feels like it can or can't do. I'm not a 20 yr old anymore.
Joints feel alot better than they did a year ago...that's for sure.
I was also taking something called http://www.europharmausa.com/products/dyflaminol/
I didn't buy it...but I tried taking my girlfriends dad's stash.... That with Bioflex/biocell+ collagen seemed like a good combo of relief and actual correction of my tendons.Last Log : http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165837041&p=1328019051#post1328019051
