I have bad wrists. i have been to see my pcp, orthoped and a joint/arthridic specialist and they tell me im fine. i get pain in my wrists when lifting heavy weight that shoots to my elbow if i dont let go soon enough. my biased opinion is universal animal flex. its the only joint support product ive used but it has done wonders for me. i can lift heavy and have minimal pain when i do and none the day after. its a great product.

I am starting to come down with some tennis elbow lately at the gym ands its preventing me form going heavy. Will any of these products help tendons? I was particularly looking at animal flex, and was wondering if joint products are best taken in one shot in the day or spread out throughout the day for best results.

Im pretty happy with animal flex so far. Being rather tall..6'7 and a former basketball player, my joints are hell. Torn 2 ligaments in an ankle, knee surgery, and have a wire tied around my wrist bones.
Flex has done wonders on that nasty creaking and popping with my knee and ankle. Its nice to actually be able to squat without everyone staring at me when i go up from the sickening cracking my knees make.
Some people think I can make alien mating calls with my knees!

Would people still recommend TKE Joint Boost?
Today while bowling my knee was killing me. Between lifting, bowling and cardio, my left knee is hurting me, so I want to get something for my joints, and try to alter my throw so I don't plant as hard on my leg.
Once I decide which one to get, I'll have to report back with any results.-

Nature Made's Triple Flex
Hopefully you guys won't say i'm too young to take a joint support lol. I have bad joints or something because they are always aching no matter what and crack like popcorn. This supp is called Nature Made's Triple flex.
Whats In It
Glucosamine Hydrochloride 1.5g(1500 mg)
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM, 750mg)
Lubravite Proprietary Blend (500 mg)
White Willow bark extract (Salix alba)
Ginger root extract (Zingiber officinale )
Take 2 caplets with food once a day, or separate them.
Anybody heard of this product or taken it before? Just curious.

Alright, I'm training for a marathon this summer. Are there any 220+ lb lifters out there who are long distance runners as well and can recommend some amazing joint support? I don't want to spend too much. I am currently taking NOW Omega 3s, but I want more.

I settled on getting TKE Joint Boost. It has worked great. Although taking away the pain has effected my bowling in a bad way; i made a throw to cope with the pain, apparently it isn't effective if I'm not in pain...my game has suffered. None the less, my knee no longer kills me. I'm still just as hard on it in the gym, the only difference has been the Joint Boost. So..I'll recommend it.
