I know that some people have ongoing fatloss journals / workout journals already, so that's a GREAT question.

You can cut / paste your updates from your workout journal or fatloss log into your Red Acid log / review if you want to. The important thing is that the Red Acid log / review starts with a legit "before" photo and ends with a legit "after" photo, and that everything is legit and that all supplements used are noted... etc.. (see other important requirements above).

I'm thinking that We SHOULD be able to track these logs / reviews but you can always email one of the CONTROLLED LABS staff upon completion of your log with a link and your shipping info.. etc...

We strongly recommend that you use a similar physique "pose" in both your "before" and "after" photo

I was thinking of a lean bulk contest for this fall sometime, but we'll see how this one goes. One thing I like about this contest is you are simply competing against yourself so you can focus on your OWN results instead of worrying about if the other contestants are using clen or something illegal to "get ahead" and "win" ya know ?
