    So, is this contest/challenge still going on? I noticed the thread started years ago. Is this for people who have completed their progress or are still in progress? I just finished Phase 1 (4 weeks) of Jamie Eason's LiveFit 12 Week Trainer, and I'm super excited about the progress I've made!!! I've lost a lot of inches (I think 13 after the 3rd week, but gained some back in the 4th week...I think because of the muscle gain in my legs and arms)...and as much as it looks like I've lost, it only translates to 8 pounds! Of course, with the body fat loss and muscle gain, that's really more pounds of pure fat loss. I'm not concerned about the scale; I couldn't care less what it says! All I care about is losing fat, gaining muscle, and getting healthy!!! I'm sick and tired of being fat and tired all the time, and I'm finally doing something about it!!!

    I've been planning on getting mine together soon too! would love to have my story out there to help inspire others as well! had bad bike wreck, in wheelchair for none months, told id never walk again. well, today im back in the gym lifting, with cometitions in my future, and working out and eating clean has made it possible for me to come off of the long list of meds every day! im 27 and have arthtitis from my back injusry, but since ive been regularly working out, my arthritis hasnt been a problem at all!!

    6 month results

    I'm a bit embarrassed posting my 'transformation' having seen some of the amazing results some of you guys have achieved. Uh well here goes;

    Pics at the beginning are from November last year. I was skinny-fat. Pretty much no muscle to be seen and feeling pretty weak and pathetic! I

    I began weight training and maintained light to moderate cardio. As a noob I didnt really know what I was doing, didnt train smart and had a pretty poor diet. Also neglected my abs a fair bit which is obvious from the pics!! I've gained a bit of muscle in my upper body now, but theres still a long way to go. Fortunately I have learnt a lot in the last few months so I can start doing the right things!

    Thank you so much for sharing this. You look like you have made amazing progress! I have been eating better but definitely need to work on planning my meals like you have shown. Also need to get in more water! Thanks for the inspiration!
