I am a lion and I refuse to talk, to walk, to sleep with the sheep. I will hear not those who weep and complain, for their disease is contagious. Let them join the sheep. The slaughterhouse of failure is not my destiny. " - Og Mandino

My starting was 4 weeks Post second baby 189 pounds...I gained 70 pounds! Yikes! I had medical needs and really didn't have a choice. Second is 3.5 months after having baby, than 4.5 months, and than today (5.5months) at 167 pounds. Haven't been able to train for almost a month now due to a back injury but am starting back again tomorrow. I still have about 20 pounds to loose of fat but am happy with my progress no matter how slow. Can't do cardio or change diet due to my medical condition but the weight training seems to be paying off. Hopefully one day I can post more progress.

I'm always on these sites looking for inspirations- I just wish more women who have made it, would come out and share there fitness stories instead of hiding it. (Something I've noticed since being a member here.
However, you look amazing, and you do inspire others to wanna change! Thanks "Lora"Last edited by Latwar; 12-12-2009 at 09:09 AM.

Not sure if I have or had what it takes but will send it in. I am still working on losing the pounds and gaining the muscle and seem to be stuck at the lose a pound gain it back in muscle. I would like to see women post what we looked like, what we look like now and then when we are where we want to be see us then. I really would rather see progressive pictures no need to be embarrassed, we are all here for the same reason.
Gym, work, mountain bike or road ride, getting out and doing something daily!!!!

Sorry I just saw your post! I pretty much follow the Abs Diet, by David Zinczenko, which is not really a *diet*, but just a healthy way to eat. During my contest I really tried to be 95% clean with my nutrition. I had 5-7 small meals a day with a protein and a carb in each. I ate a lot of fibrous veggies, some fruits, and lots of lean proteins. I didn't eat any junk, which was very hard for me!! Lol.
40 w/4 kids and and the best bod of my life...
