Info on me:
21 years old. Been working out/dieting seriously since oct 03 with the occasional "burned-out break" of a month maybe 4-5 times over the past couple years.

Ill be taking some pics today and hopefully will get them developed/scanned by tomorrow if not tonight. I may only be able to post a pic of my back b/c I have a big tat on my chest that if I blurred out would make a front shot almost worthless...Ill try to make it work though...

Day 1
I took some pics earlier but couldnt dl them from my g/f's digital camera onto my computer; insufficient software or some bull****. Shes going to put them on her computer when she gets back home and email them to me...
Took 2 caps at 6PM and hit the gym a little before 7. I felt great throughout my workout and my muscles felt tighter for some reason eventhough I doubt its a result from the product...I still have the same energy I felt from my first dosage and my body temp seems a little bit elevated.
Sunday - Arms

Day 2
Took my first dose at 9AM with my first meal. Felt the same effects as yesterday. Ill be recording my weight every Sun unless the sponser of this log wants me to do it differently....
Diet is still going great and Ill be taking my 2nd dose at 6PM then hitting the gym shortly afterward. I like the way these pills make me feel. Nice, steady energy and so far I havnt noticed a crash.

Day 3
Took 2 caps at 9AM and will be taking another 2 at 4PM. Im still getting fairly bad dry mouth from these pills. Nice steady energy though, makes going to work at 9 a little easier on me.
Also, it improves my mood quality as I find myself not minding talking to customers and the mundane work doesnt bother me as much.
Ill be doing chest tonight and will post up afterwards....I took yesterday as an off day.

Day 4
Took 2 caps at 9AM and 2 at 4PM. Still getting the exact same effects I have every other day.
Still getting the 'well being' feeling,,,I like it for sure,,,I havnt read anyone elses logs on this as I dont want my opinion to be influenced but have my results been fairly similar to everyone elses so far?
Worked out chest today,,,felt very weak,,dont know why I felt so bad...the endurance just wasnt there...
incline bench - 175x8 175x8 175x5
flat bench - 205x5 205x3 (extremely disappointing didnt even bother for the last set)
fly machine for the stretch - 170x10 170x10

Day 5
Took my 4 caps at the usual times. I DO have the pics from the start date,,,just still havnt gotten them from the camera to the computer...
Still feeling great,,,no changes with the effect their having.
Thurs: Back

inner grip chins - bw +15lbsx8 for 2 sets,,,only got 4 reps on 2nd set
wide grip chins - bw x5 bw x3 ( need to work on these)
Did 20 mins cardio afterward at 4mph,,,felt more endurance then usual,,,Im beginning cardio again as well so we'll see what effect the pills have on that,,,
OFF day tomorrow then legs sat and shoulders sun
Ill take my weight on Sun as well,,,
