Hello does anyone have a protein powder brand (whey) that you think would be good for me
I'm 13 ,155cm tall ,60-65kg

I can do 15 reps with 30kg
what do you think is this good?
for a 13yr old?

as long as you are using a trusted company you should be alright........just dont go with something you have never heard of

Im not gonna even read what other people have to say, but its probably already been listen, Optimum Nutritions whey is the best to me by far, ive tried many and its the best for me anyway. The only thing to stay away from is their cookies and cream flavor, i have never talked to someone who liked it.
