    Actually, when i started i was overweight to about 193lbs. and then decided to work out and in the first picture which was about four months into training, i dropped to around 180lbs. In the second picture, i was actually lighter with about 178lbs. I guess it was just a case of me loosing fat and gaining muscle so there is not much gain in overall weight but some gain in muscularity. My arms also increased about 1 inch in a year. My chest and my lats are the two most difficult for me to develop. Only after i reduced the volume of my exercises that i really had some good gains not only in size but in power as well. Thanks for the compliments though.

    In the first pic you look a little soft, but in the after picture I see a big difference in the delts, chest, traps and arms you also look more ripped and tight and your posing is much better awesome job bro nice improvement.

    build u r chest. It should be at least 45 inches for u r weight and that. 43inch hmm u r chest looks fine so it must be u r lats. legs are great.

    How much do u weigh cause i m like 125lbs my chest is 40 inch.

    My rest of my body is lagging though.. whats u r legg routine?

    I v been training my leggs for only a week. lifting for a lil over a year. my quads 18 inch.

    Iv been trying TY's routine

    squats 6 reps 3 sets with 60kg
    straight legged dead lifts 6 reps 3 sets 50kg

    whats u r oppinion on this routine.

    I could bearly walk after it!!

    In my opinion, i am still a little fat. We don't have a body fat caliper or something to measure here in my place so i cannot answer the question. I am just happy that my waist line is getting down and i am beginning to see a lot of my six pack. Well, with regards to leg routine, i guess one thing is i am blessed with a fairly big legs, but one routine i find very good is doing about two to three sets of squat for twenty reps each. And one thing with legs, when you do it, just do it properly and don't cheat yourself. Just go for it up to the point where you are almost going to give up. Well of course, this depends on the person. There are those with low threshold for pain and there are those with high threshold. The most important thing is that you are gaining, either in power or in size. In my opinion, when you stop gaining on either power or size, then something is wrong. It could mean a change or routine, modification in your diet, or it could just be you are not getting enough rest. Right now, i am doing different body parts split in a week and each session last me to about 30-45 minutes. Each body part gets about a total of 7-8 sets and not more. With my arms, i have learned not to overtrain them. Besides you have been using them during the other training days already. During arm days, just get each muscle part a good 4-5 sets of a combined high and low rep sets and it will be enough. These are just my thoughts.

    i guess the angle of this one is not quite because my inner tricep is almost none existent which is not really the case, or perhaps i just have to learn how to do the pose more effectively.
