Question Whey Protien - how much is their "1 scoop" = to?

When i got my whey protien it must be really bad bcause it says like 1 scoop of whey with like 1 cup of water....it says scoop included but its not there lol. SO ANYWAYS can someone pls tell me how many like tablespoons or teaspoons or something 1 scoop is equal too; because whenever i mix like 1 bulging table spoon of whey into 1 cup of water and blend it i always get pieces stuck on bottom and stuff - ty

Yeah try getting a long spoon and digging. If you had the supplement shipped to you then things get shuffled around pretty good. Most likely the scoop is at the bottom.
