I used to be obese( around 247-250lbs ) when I was 14-15 years old. I am now 16 years old and I currently weigh 188 and my height is 5'11. I over-exercise and I eat at a calorie deficit and I am doing everything I can to lose my love handles and I feel like I am not doing enough. I went to my doctor and she told me I need help because I am over exercising and I told her I am willing to do whatever it freaking takes and I was serious. She is making me go see a counselor because I'm sacrificing my body and at this age I should be having fun. I don't know who I am anymore. I go to school and then after school I go to my fighting gym to do cardio and I run 3 miles and I lift weights twice a day and I do all of this 6 days straight and Sunday is the only day I rest. I'm good at school(3.8 GPA) and I really need to change myself. I want a body like Jeff Seid so bad. I'm willing to do surgery or take steroids at 18 if that's what it takes. Please help me guys, how come I can't achieve what I want to achieve for being obese. I freaking hate my life. So is it possible to look like Jeff Seid even though I used to be obese? I have a picture of myself below if it will help you guys determine.

The guys got good genetics, like above-average genetics, if you've seen his photos before he turned pro you'll understand.........you can get a similar body but no amount of juice will get you to where he his.

You just have to get rid of the loose skin and that will make you look better right away. And Malik116 was serious..Jeff Seid was ripped when he was 12 years old..believe it or not. Meaning you'd probably have an amazing metabolism if you were that kind of genetic monster and it would be hard for you to become obese. But it would be very hard to look like him naturally. But I'm not trying to crush your dreams..you go for it..and maybe one day you'll have a body admired by thousands of people.

That's the goal man and I'm trying to lose all my loose skin. The goal is 170lbs but I'm afraid by that weight I still might have a lot of loose skin and I might get to the point where I'll cut some more maybe down to 155 and Idk if my loose skin will be gone by that time but once I lose most if not all my loose skin, I'm going to bulk to like 185-195 of pure muscle and I will see how I look. I do a lot of running, cardio, and lifting weights (6 times a week) so I think I can get a great body hopefully by 17-18 years old since I throwing my life away and I have no life to the point where at least a majority of teenagers that I know don't do what I do. Thanks

Like everyone else said Jeff's genetics are top 1%. Even with gear it'll be hard to achieve. That being said, I think we all know jeff's work ethic isn't exactly the best. He stopped competing to go to festivals and parties hard asf. Not knocking the guy its his choice and he still has a great physique but i feel like he's kinda wasting his potential. So if you grind your ass off you could potentially look similar to him

No you will not look like Jeff Seid. Everyone eventually learns that you cannot take a figure and mold yourself to look like that person. Your own image develops no matter what work or excerises you do. Just strive to be the best image of yourself and be content with your own personal image.

Jeff seid / Zyzz had amazing bodys.
They are what most teens aspire to get because its physically appealing.
But his genetics are too advanced for average joes.
Keep eating healthy,Training and sleeping well and get as far as you can.

1. You're working out too much (Twice a day for 6 days a week is TOO MUCH.) Train for 1-2 Hrs a day max for 6 days a week.
2. Do a surgery to remove the loose skin
3. Do NOT get on steroids. (The health risks outweigh the benefits) You can get a really good body without any steroids.
4. There are bodies that are better then Jeff, I find it very disappointing when someone wants to have someone else's body. Respect your own body, it's probably capable of giving you better. Having been obese in the past probably has nothing to do with it. Work on yourself and you will be very happy with your own body.
5. DO NOT over-train.
Good Luck~Dont do half the work unless you're satisfied with half the results~
