How long should you wait to lift after giving blood?

I figured I would get better opinions and answers here than in the misc. Didn't know where else to ask. So I am giving blood at a local blood drive on Saturday. How long should I wait to lift? I figure I will take off saturday and sunday and get back at it on monday. What do you guys recommend? I know they say you will be able to do all normal things the next day but there is no need to risk passing out or w/e

Wait till it stops bleeding then you're fine to hit the gym. My best day was giving blood followed by a leg workout

Just live your life with God inside. You wont regret one moment of it. Give all that you have for God.
