Ok guys, I have tons of mass on my quads/hams...lots of solid mass (muscle) but Im lookin to get em cut up. I have been doing adductor machines, lunges, extentions and curls at around 12 reps sets. My thing is I wanna get that "teardrop" right above my knee. What advice can you all give. I love the lunges for my hams/glutes, should I hit up some front squats? Hacks? I gotta shock the ****in teardrop area so give me your most intense routine for hittin them!

"Cutting up" equals low body fat. If you have big legs, just drop your body fat and you will see all the stritations and muscles rather than a big giant slab of meat.

Me: Excuse me. Is it really true that you guys don't allow deadlifts? There's a sign posted over there.
Fat receptionist lady at 24 Hour Fitness: Well..........I don't know what that is, but if it's posted, I guess that it's for your own safety.
Me: *under breath* Jesus Christ...
