Does anyone find it some times hard to reach 90%?
My cardio is jumping rope the session is as followes
Time: 25 - 40mins
Speed: 65 - 120 Rpm's
Even with that going on i still can find it hard to reach 185+
My resting is 60 , and at the end of my session i am sweating
and pretty tired , but my heart rate is usually only 150 - 165.
Is there anyway i can +HR , also does anyone else ever experience

The reason i dont run or use treadmills is ,becuase i
have had 2 knee surgeries in the past year, and Jumping rope is a low impact
type cardio. Its a pain though ,because i dont think i can get what i want
From cardio if i dont reach atleast 80%
Yeah i just checked it, i am not entirly at 'rest' but it was 66.Reps 4 Lyfe
