Im just begining working out again and im trying to get together a good workout....Im currently cutting and im thinking of using this workout...I dont have access to alot of stuff basically all the stuff here and maybe a few other things but other than that not alot of stuff....any input is welcomed

Bent-Arm Dumbbell Pullover 3 x 6-8
Biceps:
Barbell Curl 3 x 6-8
Preacher curls (machine) 3 x 6-8
Hammer curls (standing) 3 x 6-8
Wednesday Legs/shoulders
Legs:
Squats 3 x 6-8
Calf raises 3 x 6-8
Leg extension 3 x 6-8
Dead lift 3 x 6-8
Shoulders:
Military press 3 x 6-8
Front Raises 3 x 6-8
Barbell rows 3 x 6-8
Shrugs 3 x 6-8
Friday Chest/triceps
Chest:
Bench Press 3 x 6-8
Incline Press 3 x 6-8
Fly’s 3 x 6-8
Triceps:
Close-grip bench press 3 x 6-8
Tricep Push Down 3 x 6-8
Dips 3 x 6-8
