Supposedly......taking creatine along with grape juice or OJ is supposed to be 93 and 89 per cent more affective in absorption than with water. As for me I just take regular monohydrate creatine and a tall glass of grape juice and it works well. Don't go out and buy into any hype.....stay away from the surum and just buy the regular stuff....

I would have went with crea-sol from muscle surf.com. The only creatine I get results from. Tastes good and low cal.

I read an article adamantly arguing against taking Creatine with grape fruit juice or any acidic drink (basically any fruit drink) because it negates the effects of Creatine. Don't remember the science behind it but personally to play it safe I take my Creatine with water then 20-30 min later drink Apple Juice. You still will get the benefits of the carbs.

Phos****en HP doesn't need to be taken with grape juice, as it already has **** in it that provides an insulin spike.

I have talked to lots of people and I've even read up on it and it clearly states that taking creatine with grape juice or oj is @80++ times more affective than with water. Its not to say you won't get results with water you will; Its up to you. I've taken it with grape juice and I noticed a huge diffrence so as far as for me it works!
