    Nothing you can do about them really, all the cremes dont work. My best solution for them besides a darker tan has been straight cocoa butter and vitamin E, but nothing cures them permanetly.

    What they are? They are a tear of the second layer of skin essentially "streached out" do to your muscles growing. On one hand congratulations you're making progress, on the other you're effed like the rest of us.

    i used to be really fat but ive lossed sum weight and have started puttin on muscle but just after i done a set of bench presses i noticed these red marks on my right ec.... ive noticed them afew weeks ago on my right arms and right front delt and also ive had marks on the bk of my lat for ages now... im pissed off (just thought id say it again)
