All stats remained pretty much the same (forgot them at home too ) but the one that stood out the most was my waist went down to 34.5 from 36 and my legs jumped about a half inch each. My weight also remained the same so I'm attributing the waist line to mostly water since I did clean up my diet by eliminating or greatly minimizing foods that I know contribute to me holding water (grains/breads, rice, pasta). I'll post a full update of the stats tonite.

I agree that my hairiness will lessen the visibility of my muscles, but I'm not covered in it 100% nor is there enough to totally obscure my muscles. And I will most likely not shave or nair it off since I had to do that (nair) for my left arm to get a tatoo there (pics coming next month) and the hair's growing back and it itches like a mo'fo'. I may buzz it down, but no skin fades for me.
Any body got any comments besides the hairiness factor?
Thanks.

Yup, you did shave. I can see the musculature better, and you did show a definite decrease in bodyfat (particularly in the most muscular pic).
Don't let the guys rag you too much about the hair. I'm hairy too and it's a pain to shave it all off. For one, it takes forever... and two, when it grows back (as mine is doing now), it itches like hell!
That's why I only compete in bodybuilding every 2 years or so. I hate having to shave down to the skin. Keeping it trimmed though is what I usually do. It's easier to manage and it's cooler in the summer time.

Skip: I've been ragged on about my hair since I was in grammar school. Yes, it's true, I have some Sasquatch/Yeti/Bigfoot genes in me Seriously tho, thanks for the compliment/critique. I may just keep it buzzed down since I'm not planning to compete.
hardcore_rob: Thanks, too, for the compliment/critique. I agree, my back does need much work, especially in the mid part of it (traps, mid back). My lats are ok but the mid back needs more work IMO.
Peace
BTW, Skip, congrats on your comp win, saw your pics and video routine: Major Props to you bro. You look awesome, and if you reach 180 as you stated you wanted to get at with the same determination you used to get at where you are now.......damn! You'll be looking huge.

Any other suggestions?
Laser?! How much of your body you gonna do this on? Have you researched it thoroughly? I'm just posing this question cause if your anywhere near as hairy as I am and you're planning on doing the whole thing then that's a lot of buring of the folicles and consequently the skin.
Other suggestions to combat the hairyness? Do what I do, live with it or buzz it down. I'd just be cautious of the laser thing. If you do go thru with it, let us know how it goes. Perhaps some pre and post pics?

Seated rows
Pulldowns
Reverse grip pulldowns
Stiff arm pulldowns
BB bent over row (regular and reverse grip)
For the past few weeks, however, I've switched to an abreviated type of program doing the some of the following exercises for back:
Pullups/chins (regular, parallel, and/or reverse grip)
BB bent over row (regular grip)
DB rows
Deadlift (bent BLDL and stiff leg SLDL)
Shrugs (regular and incline)
Here's how I'm splitting them up:
M: Reverse grip pullups, SLDL
W: BB Bent over row, BLDL
F: DB rows, Shrugs
Let's see if this works for my back.

Man you got some huge traps, nice arms overall. Work the back a bit more.
Thanks dude for the props, but my traps actually need some work, they're only visible when I flex them. When relaxed they're not as noticeable.
The back does need work, especially the mid part (upper-middle and traps, which are basically the same region). Arm-wise, my left is a bit lagging but not too much.
Thanks again.

Lookin good DRock, just stick with the diet. 6 weeks isn't long enough that's for sure. Get to about 10 weeks and you'll start seeing all sorts of striations. Good job though.
