    Aspirin before workout?

I only plan on taking 325 mgs, just for a very mild reduction in pain. If I were to seriously injure myself, I'd certainly feel it so I'm not too worried about that. Would that be a good idea? I know it's synergistic with caffeine, and I always consume caffeine before a workout...

ive always been told taking meds like that before or during workouts is bad, as the intensity of your workout makes it go right through you.

    Not a good Idea

First off taking pills like that are hard on your liver if you take it that much
Secondly your body can become adapted to the effects of the aspirin and could even leed to a lower level addiction
Also in many cases taking pills like that often can lead to ulcers in your aso****us* if ur hurtn pick up some l-gluatimine and if ur really hurt take more rest to let you body heal

325mg would be nothing on his liver, the maximum safe daily dosage is 8000mg. Aspirin is definitely not addictive either.

If you're in pain, take an aspirin now, and do the workout tomorrow, if you feel better, that is.

aspirin acts kind of like a vasodilator, so do not take it with caffeine (vasoconstrictor).
and also, ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory, so it's not good to take around the time of your workout because your muscles need to be inflammed to grow...
Pain is weakness leaving the body.
