What else should I add in my protein shake besides oatmeal to make a good meal replacement? I have chocolate flavored 100% Whey from Optimum btw. And when you guys mix your oatmeal, it's uncooked right?

Yes, I add Peanut Butter and/or Honey, usually around 1 Tbsp a piece. It's kind of a mix of a MRP and a weightgainer with both, but it works great. Some add actual oats, others ground flax seeds. There is a multitude of things to experiment with.Originally posted by heymanwassup
