    Too Much Cardio. . Too Much Abs

    i have a good amount of mass. . i would like to shred up a bit. . my diet is good. . just wondering if i do half hour cardio 6 or 7 days a week. .and abs 6 or 7 days a week is it too much. . can u over train ur ab's or do to much cardio?. .

    It's unlikely, depending on how much hypertrophy you've gotten in your abdominal region, that doing hundreds of random ab exercises will do much of anything to make them look any better. Concentrate on your diet and caloric intake. You don't overtrain a bodypart, you overtrain your body.

    When your body fat, through diet and caloric deficit, is low enough, your abs will pop. You can do too much though, and end up losing quite a bit of muscle mass, which is generally unavoidable on a cut anyway.
