*Training Experience – I started seriously working out in the beginning of 9th grade, which would put it around 4 years. I’ve been extremely steady with my workouts, although I still have a hint Lyme Disease from a few years ago which I think hinders me to a certain extent. I started out with some horrible advice, and have since educated myself on what I should be doing. I like compound movements and lifting heavy, a quality, which presents itself in my current workout.

Monday
Barbell Bench Press 5x5
Military Press 5x5
Tuesday
Barbell Back Squats 5x5
Pendlay Rows 5x5
Barbell Bicep Curl – 5x5
Wednesday
Rest, typically I get bored with not working out at all, and find myself working on Planches, L-Sits, and doing all types of various abdominal workouts.
Thursday
Deadlifts – 5x5
Pendlay Rows – 5x5
Barbell Bicep Curls – 5x5
Friday
ATG Barbell Front Squats – 5x5
Barbell Bench Press – 5x5
Military Press – 5x5
Saturday and Sunday
Rest, as on Wednesday I usually work on planches, L-Sits, and doing various exercises targeting the abdominals.
Cardiovascular Work
On top of my workouts, I like to trick whenever I get the urge, which is basically just doing all types of flips, kicks, etc. I guess you could call it a combination of a Martial art and Gymnastics, if you’ve ever done it, it’s tiring. I absolutely hate running around in a big circle, so I go trail running every so often, and go swimming at the pond nearby.

I try to stick firmly to having a 40/30/30 ratio of Carbohydrates/Protein/Fats. Typically I have 5000 Calories during the course of a day. I eat pretty clean, though I’m trying to incorporate more fruits/veggies into my diet. Daily protein intake I’d estimate to be around 200 grams.

Why should you be selected as a tester?
I feel I’d make an good guinea pig because of my keen attention to all things having to do with my body. I’m constantly weighing myself, measuring with calipers, etc. I feel I’m a coherent writer, and could present my results in a well-thought out, sophisticated manner. According to those close to me I am a “brutally honest human being,” which I presume is good for a product review.
Hopefully I'll get selected, I'd like to try a thermogenic while I cut. If not, best of luck to your company.6'1"

i really do not know but i am testing h blocker and ce xl from a company and im fine, im sending my log into them right now b/c they sent me a survey to take, the only reason i think that i had a problem with stizm was b/c it depressed my appetite and i would go hours without eating
